Just a small update from the city of Madurai! After a couple days of travelling, we have finally arrived in Madurai, and have now got to meet our supervisors here. Projects Abroad seems like a good organization, run by a nice group of people! We were picked up at the airport yesterday and have spent the night at a guesthouse here in Madurai. After doing some paperwork, we are now ready to visit our projects together with our supervisors. I think we both are excited about this, but we are still trying to take in all the impressions here. But all in all, we are doing good, and getting used to 30 degrees C! :) The rest will take a few days, like the food (and eating with our right hand, not the left!), the culture, all the cows, and the endless amount of people...
More updates and pictures will come as soon as we get to our placements, but just wanted to say that we are doing good over here :)
